Mr. Gorton has over fourteen years’ design experience in Engineering and Architecture, the past seven of which were specializing in structural engineering. Mr. Gorton has designed and managed projects using a broad range of construction materials and techniques. He has extensive experience performing structural analysis and retrofit design of existing structures to meet seismic performance criteria. His project management experience includes:

	Courtyard Village @ Raleigh Hills, Portland, Oregon. A 199,000 SF three-story wood/steel framed structure over a 15,000 SF post-tensioned parking garage.
	Windward Passage Phase II Condo, Long Beach, Washington. A 88,000 SF five-story wood/masonry structure over a concrete mat foundation.
	Windward Passage Phase I Condo, Long Beach, Washington. A 54,000 SF four-story wood framed structure.
	Courtyard Village @ Federal Way Phase I, Federal Way, Washington. A 144,000 SF three-story wood framed structure, with originally designed GL-trusses.
	Courtyard Village @ Salem, Salem, Oregon. A 145,000 SF three-story wood/steel framed structure with multiple water features.
	Raleigh Hills Assisted Living Facility, Portland, Oregon. A 78,000 SF three-story wood/steel framed structure over a 13,000 SF post-tensioned concrete parking garage.
	Courtyard Village @ Orenco Station Phase I, Hillsboro, Oregon. A 112,000 SF three-story wood framed structure.
	Courtyard Fountains @ Gresham Phase II, Gresham, Oregon. A 107,000 SF three-story wood/steel framed structure over a 12,000 SF post-tensioned concrete parking garage.
	Homestead Lodge Structural Renovation, Absorkee, Montana. A 23,000 SF structural renovations of foundation system. Seismic analysis and upgrades to wood framed structure.
	Security Apartment Structural Renovation, Pendleton, Oregon. Structural and seismic upgrades for a 1920’s un-reinforced, four-story masonry structure.
