Begun as a remodel of an abandoned church, the existing structure was demolished and rebuilt in order to
reduce construction costs.
 

The design of the new three story restaurant and brewery is sensitive to the community's wish to preserve the spirit of the historic structure. The evolution of construction technology and building code requirements presented many challenges in matching previous design.
