Scope: Structural Engineering
Designed as a flight preparation office inside an existing
hanger, the gentle curve of the balcony evokes the image of a wing in
flight.
From the tension rods supporting the structure, to the
translucent floor system, the ideas of light weight and strength are emphasized
in every element and detail of this sculptured structure.
