Client: Martin Hash
Completed: September 2000
Scope: Structural Engineering
This 8,600 sq. ft. home combines cutting edge building
technology with old world style. To increase thermal efficiency and reduce
construction costs, an insulated concrete form system was used for the
building walls. |
|
In order to meet the neighborhood CC & R's that required a
tile roof, but at the same time provide a lightweight, maintenance free surface,
a specially formed metal roofing system was used.
